Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

What is a rimless toilet? Rimless toilets look similar to classic style toilets in appearance, however it’s the interior that is different. They are constructed without a rim inside the bowl which makes it easier to clean, as well as a direct flush technique that shoots water around the pan.

Toilet

Toilet looks great, works well, superior design etc. the concealed cistern unit works fine and is lightweight, making it easy to mount etc. the fixtures however from the cistern to the toilet are below average with no compression fittings, I.e. flush pipe is push fit only with no locking mechanism. Suggest upgrading this element. 4 star due to this otherwise would be 5.

Does the job and complements the look.
You have to be careful when instating this plate to make it high enough for the toilet lid to not touch it otherwise the lid can make a little dent on the plate.
