Yes - sensor taps require electricity or battery power to function as they use sensors to detect hand movements, however we provide a mains or battery kit with each tap.
Are sensor taps durable?
Yes - as with all of our tapware, our sensor taps are built to last and come with a 15 year guarantee for the tap itself, and a two year guarantee on electrical components. 
How do sensor taps offer improved hygiene?
As a hands-free solution, sensor taps reduce instances of cross-contamination between users during the hand washing process.
How do sensor taps work?
Sensor taps use infrared sensors to detect hand movements. This in turn triggers the water flow, resulting in a touchless and hygienic experience.
