Lusso was founded in 2014 with a clear aim to provide attainable luxury homeware without compromising on quality, design, or craftsmanship. A decade on, our brand has become synonymous for our commitment to design, flawless collections, and a signature style of modern elegance. Our collections are constantly expanding as we head towards our long term goal of becoming the world’s leading luxury department store.
Lusso was founded out of a shoebox office in the North East of England, and since launching ten years ago, we’ve grown from three employees to 44, outgrowing our shared office space and moving into Lusso HQ - a state-of-the-art office which spreads across three floors.
Our employees are our most valuable asset and we aim to provide a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff and visitors. Our HQ includes a variety of work and social spaces which enables our team to work productively, yet have the ability to enjoy breakout and social time. Our offices include relaxation nooks, pod workstations, an in-house gym and licensed bar, which is where we host many team building and social events.
