Kitchen and Bathroom Tiles

Used throughout architecture and design for thousands of years, pure marble has become synonymous with luxury living. This makes it a natural choice for our collection of kitchen and bathroom tiles, which features opulent Italian Calacatta, Carrara, Tunisian Grey, and Nero Marquina marble, as well as Travertine Stone in a range of honed or polished finishes. Adding texture, colour and pattern to your interior spaces while also protecting walls and floors, our range includes fluted and mosaic styles to create elegant surfaces across your living spaces, whether you’re looking to create a bold statement or a subtle backdrop. Each tile is also expertly cut to deliver a flawless result.

The neutral palette of our collection also ensures that each design creates a cohesive aesthetic when paired with our wider collection of kitchen fixtures and fittings, as well as our freestanding baths, showers, and hand finished bathroom basins

KITCHEN & BATHROOM TILES - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CALL SALES ON
020 3370 4057

If you’re looking to create statement surfaces with our timeless marble and stone tiles, our Sales team is on hand to answer any queries you may have.
What’s the difference between honed and polished tiles?
Honed tiles have a matte finish that absorbs light, whereas polished tiles have a much glossier finish that reflects it. Polished marble tiles also tend to be slightly darker in tone than honed marble tiles made from the same material.
Can every tile in the Lusso collection be used for both walls and floors?
As the texture and pattern varies between each of our tile designs, a small number are only suitable for wall surfaces. This is indicated within each product title and description to ensure that you choose the perfect tile for your requirements.
Are marble tiles water resistant?
Marble is a naturally porous material, a selection of our tiles are professionally sealed to the top, but not to the bottom. This still offers ongoing protection and prevents staining, however there is possibility water can leak through to the back of the tiles in bathrooms. A variety of our tiles do not come sealed, so once installed it’s important that the marble is regularly sealed to maintain its appearance and condition.
How do I maintain marble tiles?
When properly cared for, marble tiles can last a lifetime. We advise that tiled walls should be cleaned on a weekly basis using a soft cloth and a gentle, neutral soap solution or specialist marble cleaning solution. Tiled floors should be mopped frequently using a similar solution. As marble is a porous stone, it’s important to avoid using any harsh, abrasive or acidic products that could scratch, stain or discolour your surfaces - this includes bleach, baking soda, and vinegar.

What types of marble are used throughout the Lusso tile collection?
At Lusso, we exclusively use the most beautiful and refined marble for our tile and wider collections. This includes Italian Calacatta and Carrara marble which is sourced from the Apuan Mountains in Carrara, the marble capital of the world, as well as Tunisian Grey which is quarried in North Africa. Our tile collection also features Nero Marquina - a deep black limestone extracted from the Basque Country in Northern Spain.
