Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Is the portland toilet a rimless design? The toilet pan of the Portland toilet is not rimless, it is influenced by traditional design and features a classic toilet pan.
What is a low level toilet? A low level toilet is inspired by the Victorian period. They are crafted with a low level ceramic cistern which is fitted to the wall at a low level and is connected by an exposed flush pipe.
What are the benefits of a low level toilet? Low level toilets are crafted with a smooth ceramic toilet pan, and a quick release, soft-closing seat for comfort. They are the perfect addition to traditional homes crafted with an exposed flush pipe for a classical aesthetic. The compact size means they are suitable for small and large bathrooms.
How tall is the exposed flush pipe? The exposed flush pipe of the low level toilet is 350mm, and the overall height of the toilet is 1130mm.
