Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Is the portland toilet a rimless design? The toilet pan of the Portland toilet is not rimless, it is influenced by traditional design and features a classic toilet pan.
What is a high level toilet? A high-level toilet cistern is a traditional Victorian style toilet. The cistern is placed high up and fixed to the wall with an exposed flush pipe, at a length of 1415mm, that connects to a low level toilet pan. The flush is controlled by a chain lever.
Do high level toilets flush better? As high level cisterns are fixed to the wall at a high level, they receive greater head pressure which influences the water to flush with more force. However, how well a high toilet flushes depends on how much water the cistern holds.
What are the benefits of the Portland high level toilet? The Portland high level toilet is designed with a quick release, soft-closing seat that offers comfort. The timeless design keeps a period home authentic with an exposed flush pipe, intricate detail and a solid oak seat.

The polished nickel fittings, including the chain and lever, allow you to pair the toilet with our bathroom accessories and hardware of the same polished nickel finish. The back to wall toilet ensures efficient operation with a quick release and soft closing seat, as well as a low level toilet pan.
