Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Is the portland toilet a rimless design? The toilet pan of the Portland toilet is not rimless, it is influenced by traditional design and features a classic toilet pan.
What is a close coupled toilet? A close coupled toilet is a modern take on a traditional form of toilet. The cistern is located and connected directly behind the toilet pan which means the flush pipe is hidden. Instead of being positioned higher like the high-level and low-level styles
How do close coupled toilets work? The toilet pan and cistern are connected together. This allows the water to evacuate from the cistern and into the pan once the flush system has been activated.
