Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

Is the portland toilet a rimless design? The toilet pan of the Portland toilet is not rimless, it is influenced by traditional design and features a classic toilet pan.

What is a back to wall toilet? A back to wall toilet is installed directly to the wall, and allows a cistern to be concealed within the wall.

What does the back to wall toilet include? The back to wall toilet includes a toilet pan that is crafted from smooth and seamless acrylic, with a solid oak seat that is quick release and soft-closing. This gives you a preference on which flush system and cistern you would like to style with the back to wall toilet.
