If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer then the order will not be complete and we will not be able to fulfil the order. Please note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time.

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Beautiful Black Taps

I just installed the Luxe Matte Black Wall Mounted Basin Mixer Tap in our guest bathroom, and I'm really loving the vibe it brings! The matte black finish is sleek and definitely adds a touch of sophistication. It feels very 2020s, and guests have commented on how stylish it looks. Functionality-wise, it’s a winner. The control is smooth, making it easy to adjust the water temperature and flow. Plus, it’s wall-mounted, which not only saves space but also creates a clean, uncluttered look around the sink area. Installation was a bit more involved than a standard tap since it's wall-mounted, so you might need some help from a plumber if you're not confident in your DIY skills. It's priced a bit higher than some other taps, but for the quality and design, I think it's worth the investment. Overall, if you’re looking for a stylish, space-saving option that elevates any sink area, this tap might be just what you need!
