Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Beautiful products, fantastic service!

I worked with Mark and Joanne at Lusso Stone for a project in Ibiza. I had used their showers in my previous home and after 5 years they were still in good condition so I was confident in using them again in my new house build. I had 6 bathrooms and a kitchen to source for and I bought everything from Lusso Stone. They offer good quality, stylish products at a very competitive price. In fact my builders in Spain were shocked at how reasonable they were, as they are used to budgets triple the cost from other brands of a similar quality.
