Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Best tap ever

This brushed brass is just simply amazing ! Looked for a suitable colour and browsed through several websites till ran into Lusso ! Every piece that we have got makes our bathroom lovely ! Mentioned previously how is it to clean ? I’ll mention it again …easy peasy lemon squeeze…just use a microfibres cloth ! Love it

Nicest mixer tap on the market

From the second we opened the box for this tap we fell in love with it. The colour is spot on and not cheap/tacky looking like some golds can be. We are so happy with our purchase!
