Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

Best brushed gold/brass tap.

We bought this tap to replace the one we ordered with our new kitchen that broke within months (Howdens - Lamona brushed brass mixer tap) and it is hands-down the best tap we've found. The quality of it is FAR superior to the one we originally ordered - it seems to be electroplated as opposed to a thin lacquer that peels which the original one had. Highly recommend!
