Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

- How often should the filter need changing?
- How long does it take for the water to boil?

General

How often should the filter need changing? We recommend changing the filter every 6 months, especially in a hard water area. However, in a soft water area our filters can last up to 12 months.

How long does it take for the water to boil? From the first setup the water takes around 8 minutes to heat up. However, this is subject to water and area conditions. If the boiling water drops below the set temperature it will take a couple of minutes to heat up again.
