Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Does the bath come with a waste? All our baths come with built-in chrome waste, there is the option to upgrade to a matte or polished to match the bath ordered.

Wow!

This bath is an absolute stunner. At 160kg it took four people to get it upstairs, luckily we were having our house exterior painted by part-time firefighters so there was some serious muscle on hand :)) Looks amazing in the matte white, a real luxury centrepiece.

This is not the first Lusso bath I have bought and won't be the last. Great quality and beautiful finish. The designs of all their baths could become classics in the future. Heavy so make sure there are plenty of people to help to lift
