Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Does the bath come with a waste? All our baths come with built-in chrome waste, there is the option to upgrade to a matte or polished to match the bath ordered.

Most beautiful bath!!!!

I saw Lusso products in a magazine and after checking the website I knew it was exactly the products I wanted in our home. I ended up designing our main bathroom around the bath (our bathroom and bedroom is one open space)!
It is absolutely beautifully made, comfortable, easy to clean and is the statement piece of the room!
The only downside is - we have run out of bathrooms to buy products for and done both with Lusso products only.
Everyone who visits compliments on our bathroom - especially the bath!
