Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Does the bath come with a waste? All our baths come with built-in chrome waste, there is the option to upgrade to a matte or polished to match the bath ordered.

Excellence all round

The bath was to be the main feature in our new bathroom and we therefore undertook a great deal of research both on the internet and through visiting countless stores. We liked the quality given by stone resin but the gloss shiny look of acrylic. Milano Stone were the only ones to offer both without spending an absolute fortune. The quality of the bath is fantastic and as good as those we have seen for double the price. I would highly recommend Milano and if we were to refit our bathroom again, Milano Stone would be our first and only stop - Thank you

New family bathroom

I and my wife had been planning our new bathroom for ages and like everyone the internet was heavily involved. After a lot of research, Milano Stone had the product we wanted, but they're a new online brand so how can you be sure? We're delighted with the product we bought - Amalfi bath, matt finish, matching basin and excellent low profile large stone shower tray.
