Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Do I need additional items for my wall hung basin? Our wall hung basins come with a fixing kit for ease of installation. They require an unslotted or slotted basin waste which can be purchased separately. You can find this information under the product specifications.

Gloriously contemporary and gorgeously designed, the Lanosa exudes style thanks to its clean contours, soft edges, and eye-catching symmetry. Expertly designed by our in-house artisans, the Lanosa stone basin is designed to truly elevate your space. This Stone Basin requires two slotted waste fittings which can be purchased separately. Supplied undrilled so that you have the option of using deck or wall mounted taps. Tap holes can be drilled using a standard 38 mm hole-saw drill attachment.
