Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Do I need additional items for my wall hung basin? Our wall hung basins come with a fixing kit for ease of installation. They require an unslotted or slotted basin waste which can be purchased separately. You can find this information under the product specifications.

Thanks to its cleverly concealed fittings and ergonomic, integrated storage area, the Blok Basin belies its small package to both perform pragmatically and add to the aesthetics of your bathroom space. This Stone Basin requires an unslotted waste fitting which can be purchased separately. Please note, due to the width of the basin,  even with the use of a short projection spout, it is possible the water will hit the edge of the basin.
