Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Do I need additional items for my wall hung basin? Our wall hung basins come with a fixing kit for ease of installation. They require an unslotted or slotted basin waste which can be purchased separately. You can find this information under the product specifications.

Beautiful basin

Hasn't been installed yet but looks stunning! The actual bowl is very shallow and small, but just beautiful for our teeny tiny bathroom. Can't wait to see it on the wall! Response time to all my questions via email was great, items came within 5 days and distribution company called so I could choose a date that suited me. The only thing that I would change is I wish they brought the products inside the house and took away the wooden palette afterwards. I was ok carrying the sink in as it's not too heavy, but don't know what I'd have done if a bath was delivered!

How bijoux and beautiful my sink is. It is like a piece of minimalist art. Beautifully packaged on arrival, even the samples in little white sacks..Excellent friendly service. I wish I had a bigger room to have more of these stunning sculptured pieces. Can't wait to redesign my main bathroom.
