We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment as well as PayPal. If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. Your name and address details must match the cardholder address details held by your card issuer. If the problem persists, please contact your credit/debit card provider.

If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer then the order will not be complete and we will not be able to fulfil the order. Please note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We work with Sage Pay to delivery essential service to our customer. Sage Pay are the fastest payment service provider that specialises in secure card payments solutions.

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

RETURNS

We hope that you're delighted with all of your Lusso purchases, however in the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, or any incorrect items, please email customerservice@lusso.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Stunning Mirror

This mirror works beatifully with the Lusso bathroom range. In one bathroom I opted fo a gold mirror above a zotto vanity unit with the matt black fixtures and it works really well. The light is great and it looks superb. Very happy with all 3 Lusso mirrors I bought.
