If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Vello Undermount Sink

My vello undermount sink in gunmetal finish looks great in my new quartz worktop - even got a complement from the kitchen fitters who hadn’t seen one like it. The size and depth are perfect and it was easy to install. The colour and high quality gunmetal finish works well alongside a black ceramic hob and I have used a white gloss tap - would work equally well with black fittings. Thanks Lusso
